One day he finally cracks - and as he reads them, he realises not only how Don feels about him - but a whole bunch of possibilities about how much better his life could be.

THE PACIFIC, Andrew 'Ack-Ack' Haldane/Edward 'Hillbilly' Jones, They have a one night stand while on leave in Melbourne while they're both waiting for Eddie's battlefield commission to go through. They weren't in the same company to begin with, and the word from higher up in command is Eddie is being sent to another battalion, so they figure they'll never see each other again anyway. Instead Eddie is transferred to K Company, just as Andy is given command of it.
BAND OF BROTHERS, Denver 'Bull' Randleman/Johnny Martin, Bull is so weak for having his nipples played with.

BAND OF BROTHERS, Lewis Nixon/Richard Winters, During the invasion of Germany, they come across a Nazi time travel experiment, which is meant to send people into the past/future/whatever, but accidentally causes a time loop for Winters and a few other characters. To follow: time loop shenanigans, as Dick tries to figure a way out of the loop, the Nazi scientists do the same, and Nix keeps dying.
BAND OF BROTHERS, Lewis Nixon/Richard Winters, Pre-War spy AU. Nix goes to Europe to do some light industrial espionage in regards to the German build up for war. Manages to suck overseas student Dick into the mission.
BAND OF BROTHERS, Lewis Nixon/Richard Winters, M/F AU: Lou Nixon is a socialite who got trapped in Paris when it was occupied. She and Dick meet when he's on leave there in December '44.
THE PACIFIC, Andrew 'Ack-Ack' Haldane/Edward 'Hillbilly' Jones, “If I don’t come back, the company’s yours.” On his way back from command Andy gets cut off from the rest of the company. Eddie has to take over and find some way to help Andy return to them.
BAND OF BROTHERS, Lewis Nixon/Richard Winters, Nix is captured by Germans in Normandy, and Dick assumes he's dead or in a PoW camp. Which makes Nix showing up beat up, traumatised and plus a pair of wings all the more surprising.
